A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful regional firm and work closely alongside a Partner on a variety of different matters. This is a great chance to take autonomy over a caseload and establish your career within a highly-regarded Yorkshire firm.
With a brilliant reputation for its services, our client is a major player in the regional legal market and boasts a friendly and supportive working environment. Although the commercial property department is split across several offices, the team functions as one, meaning this role could be based in any of the regional offices across the Calderdale area.
Working closely alongside the commercial property team, you will hit the ground running with a caseload of matters including acquisition and disposal, landlord and tenant, commercial leases and more. The client base is equally as varied and will include local businesses as well as regional SMEs.
Ideally the opportunity would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with upwards of 3 years' PQE and the ability to run a caseload with minimal supervision. There is a wealth of support and resources on offer in this role, and also the ability to work from home too.
