Assistant / Practice Manager

Our client, a long-established highly reputable law firm based in Birkenhead are seeking to recruit an Assistant / Practice Manager to join their busy and expanding team on a temporary basis.
The successful Manager will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within a legal practice dealing with HR, finance and risk and compliance matters ideally with experience of managing a team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Staffing and recruitment
* Finance administration and reporting
* Setting targets / forecasts / budgets
* General administration duties
* Ensure the day to day running of the department
* Staff training
You will have exceptional organisation, communication and IT skills working within a team environment as well as independently.
The salary for this opportunity is negotiable depending on experience.
As an Assistant Manager this opportunity could go permanent for the right candidate.
