The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer into their office in Bury St Edmunds

The firm are expanding at a steady rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the Commercial Property team. You will be encouraged to work collaboratively with the other departments, including Corporate Commercial where you will benefit from referred business.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as:

• Acquisition and disposal of Commercial Property
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Investments
• and commercial leases.

The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals, confident working in an autonomous position with a keen interest in business development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a heavy hitting regional firm with a fresh outlook.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with a at least 2 years PQE + (There is no upper limit in PQE)
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Commercial Property matters
