An international commercial law firm is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their healthcare team in Manchester city centre.

Court of Protection Solicitor - Manchester  The company & role 

An award-winning firm with offices across the UK, Europe and Asia 
Working as part of a national team, you’ll be entrusted with a caseload of Court of Protection, treatment and best interest cases 
You’ll also advise on case standards legislation and practice 
Most of the firm’s lawyers are working from home as a result of the pandemic; this has been extremely effective with virtual catch-up meetings and social events helping everyone to stay in touch

The ideal candidate 

A Court of Protection Solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE 
Will be familiar with issues relevant to organisations in the health and social care sector 
Will be able to work flexibly and proactively 
Will have excellent communication and client care skills 
Will be well-organised and have good attention to detail
