My client is a leading, Top 20 UK Law firm with a notable client base who are now seeking an experienced, Commercial Associate to join their award-winning team and Commercial practice at their modern offices in the heart of Manchester.

The Commercial practice is broad and encompasses many areas of law including contracts, charities, competition, procurement, outsourcing, IP and data-protection. The firm advise a wide range of clients in the public and private sector including FTSE 100 companies. The firm put clients first and have a strong commercially focused and friendly team, dedicated to getting the right results for their clients.

Ideally you will have circa 2 years PQE however in truth applications from well-connected solicitors with any level of PQE gained in a well-regarded national or international would be of interest here.

The successful Commercial Associate will be exposed to a wide range of commercial matters including terms and conditions, distributorship agreements, outsourcing agreements, IP licenses, research and development agreements. Knowledge of or interest in competition law, data protection law and public procurement law would be welcomed.
