The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing practice based in Norwich

You will be joining one of the most well respected and award-winning property teams in East Anglia - who are recognised for the quality level of work they deal with. The department deals with a variety of matters which include:

• Leasehold / leasehold matters
• New builds
• Shared ownerships
• Help to buy
• and much more.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role. Other duties will include business development and networking to further develop their regional presence, meanwhile acting managing a direct team of fee earners and support staff.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer, CILEX or Solicitor with 4 PQE +
• (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• You should have had good client facing experience
• You should have good technical knowledge
