Job Details
Based in Herefordshire , our clients conveyancing department is the most successful within the firm and they have a very stable and secure regional work flow. They have a new opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to act as a senior across the firm.
The conveyancing department has the assistance of legal assistants to help with the progress of the files. You will be handling a mixture of Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Build, Freehold, Leasehold and Un-registered regional conveyancing files, it is therefore essential you have dealt with in a number of these matters.
To be considered for this position you should have at least 3 years experience handling a range of conveyancing matters.
