Senior Residential Conveyancer

A market-leading national law firm is looking for an ambitious Senior Residential Conveyancer to join them in Sheffield. 

You’ll run your own complex residential caseload alongside mentoring and coaching junior members of the team. Going forwards, you’ll have the chance to progress to a supervisory role and be involved in helping to grow the department. 

The firm have an excellent flexible working policy and are open to the right candidate working from home for part of the week.

Senior Residential Conveyancer - Sheffield  The company & role 

A national firm with a longstanding commitment to personal legal services and a market leader in a number of private client-facing practice areas 
Working within an award-winning team, you will run a varied residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity 
You will also be involved in employee relocations, Court of Protection matters and complex title transactions 

The firm have been accredited by Investors in People as a result of their modern approach to home and agile working 
Commutable from Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and the Peak District

The ideal candidate 

A Residential Conveyancer with 4+ years' experience
Will have experience of dealing with complex title transactions 
Will be a good communicator with exceptional client care skills 
Will have some experience of supervising or managing a team
