This position is well suited to an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, looking to join a friendly, regional firm.

They have an excellent reputation in Essex & Hertfordshire across their core practice areas and due to an increase of local and regional matters a very progressive opportunity has been created for an experienced Solicitor to join their team.

The Role

The firm are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into office near Epping.

The Property team is the firms busiest and most successful department, the team are currently thriving. Now is an exciting time to join this firm as they have seen significant growth due to a surge of new work, with this will come good prospects for progression.

You will deal with a high quality of work, the firm believes in giving a first-class service, with manageable caseloads and charging well for the work that they do.

Your work will include:

• Landlord and tenant
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development and Investment work.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience
• (There is no upper limit in terms of experience)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
