The Role

2+ PQE Corporate Energy Lawyer to join Tier 1, award-winning Top 50 firm in Bristol

Offering work that competes with that in the City being the largest team of their nature outside of London, whilst encouraging development and progression in a nurturing and people-focused backdrop, a Corporate Energy Lawyer is required to join the team following ongoing investment and sector growth.

The team has outperformed the competition for seven consecutive years, working on varied transactions, deals, and advisory matters. As part of the cross-firm Energy group that's the best of its kind in the UK, the team consult on corporate advice, joint ventures, M&A and fundraisings.

Uniquely, they have a strong presence in community projects. The work undertaken is often for first-of-their-kind projects in all areas of renewable energy.

Focused on projects in the UK and overseas, the team's global network included some of the largest and more innovative providers internationally.

The group is Partner-led, offering expertise mentoring and expertise. They are looking for talented individuals to work with and invest in the long-term. You will be developed from Day 1, fitting to your increasing knowledge and the continued growth of both the sector and the team.

The Requirements

• 2+ PQE within Corporate Energy
• Experience in managing and exceeding client expectations and building relationships
• Commercially minded, whilst being a strong team player
• Ambition in developing longterm and taking advantage of opportunities to do so.
