THE ROLE:
As an integral part of the Commercial Property team, you will be handling a varied caseload of sales and purchases of commercial property for investors and owner occupiers. This is an excellent opportunity for an astute commercial property solicitor to join a growing real estate department, working closely with an experienced partner to maintain and established new client relationships within the local market, in turn, elevating the profile of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will demonstrate in depth knowledge of property sale and purchase, leases, finance and mortgages, land sales, corporate elements, and some residential property work to include residential leases. You will be confident, collaborative, and engaging, offering sound, knowledgeable advice to your client base. Experience handling HNW cases would be advantageous as there will be an exposure to this within the job role.
