Commercial Property Solicitor

This highly renowned regional firm is now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful team to be based out of their Stratford upon Avon office.

This will suit a mid level PQE Commercial Property Solicitor, that perhaps isn't getting the exposure to quality of work they need. They are also able to offer part-time hours if required and are flexible with working hours. However, until the firm have put in a solid working from home policy there is an expectation for the successful candidate to go into the offices five days a week.

You will be expected to get involved in a variety of commercial property matters in both public and private sector work, including retail leases/agreements and development matters. The firms impressive client portfolio of high quality work ranges for acting for investors, developers, banks, local authorities, occupiers and charities.
