JOB TITLE:                   Residential Conveyancer
PQE:                              3+

SALARY:                       Up to c£40,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a leading property team in Yorkshire. The successful Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer will be responsible for their own caseload of matters to include sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold and transfers of equity. The team enjoy a range of good quality work from a varied client base through referrals and developing new and successful relationships with prospective clients.  

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers who have in excess of 3 years’ experience running their own caseload of Conveyancing files. It is essential that candidates wishing to be considered for this role are confident in their ability to work under minimal supervision and assist other members of the team when required. It is essential that the appointed Residential Conveyancer can work to tight deadlines and have good attention to detail.
