Your new role
Our top tier client has one of the most highly regarded and largest tax teams in the country. With unprecedented credentials in the local market, this accomplished team have a growing national and international client base and currently have an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Tax lawyer to join their established team in either Bristol, London or Edinburgh.

The team handles a diverse and varied tax advice case load, ranging from corporate finance support, advising on corporate reconstruction and group arrangements, to asset finance support, partnership tax and tax-related litigation. Working on a national and international scale, highlights include corporate restructurings, investment fund transactions and property transactions.

About you
You will be a highly skilled and technically capable Corporate Tax lawyer. You will have a flair for applying your technical expertise to providing practical and commercial tax management advice to UK based and international clients, while at the same time maintaining a comprehensive grasp of the ever-changing legislative framework governing tax planning. An existing CTA qualification and a specialism within the wider corporate tax environment would be advantageous.
