Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of corporate work with a particular focus on M&A. You will act for a range of corporates and SMEs and work within a good sized team. There is plenty of opportunity to gain high quality, 'hands on' experience and to learn from other members of the team.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level who has gained 6 months of corporate experience during their training contract. You will be a well rounded team player who can build positive relationships with clients.
