Property Litigation Solicitor

A reputable regional practice is seeking to appoint a property litigation solicitor/experienced paralegal to join its team.

Our client has a strong litigation division renowned for its expertise across a number of disciplines. They are seeking to appoint a property litigation solicitor NQ - 2years post qualification experience or an experienced paralegal to work alongside their senior partner.

You will join a firm known for being run as a strong business, with deep links to clients and a forward-thinking commercial approach. You will work as part of the property litigation team, which is going from strength to strength, working alongside knowledgeable solicitors who can provide ongoing support to a property litigation solicitor looking to develop and progress.

You will handle a caseload of matters to include complex land and property-related disputes such as contested lease renewals, disputed dilapidation and service charge claims and boundary disputes, along with lease termination, trespass and nuisance.

Ideally you will have 2 years’ experience as a property litigation solicitor, or more if you are a paralegal. You will have a passion for this area of law along with the desire and ambition to progress internally. A track record of developing business and helping to supervise more junior team members would be desired but is not essential.
