Property Litigation Associate (1-2 PQE)

An international commercial law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool as an Associate. 

In this role, you’ll work under a Legal 500-recognised partner, will manage your own property litigation caseload and assist colleagues on more complex matters. In return, you’ll receive an excellent benefits package and enjoy a supportive working environment.

Property Litigation Associate Solicitor - Liverpool  The company & role 

A very well-renowned firm with offices across the UK, Europe and Asia 
Working as part of a Tier 1 property litigation department, you’ll manage a caseload including possession actions, rent arrears claims and Landlord & Tenant Act applications 
You will also be expected to contribute to business development and marketing activity

The ideal candidate 

A Property Litigation Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE 
Will have knowledge and experience of working in property law (you may have done a training contract seat in property, property litigation or commercial litigation) 
Will have excellent communication skills and client care skills 

Will be well-organised and have very good attention to detail 
Will be able to work flexibly and proactively
