JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years PQE
LOCATION: Wiltshire
SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:
• Taking over an existing caseload of a retiring Solicitor.
• Acting on behalf of businesses and individuals on a wide and varied caseload of civil and general commercial disputes.
• Advising clients on all aspects of Civil & Commercial litigation, including contractual advice and negotiation.
• Offering sound advice and building strong relationships with clients.
• Maintaining and actively assisting with business development initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Ideally 2 years’ experience in Litigation.
• Exposure to both civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Exceptional client care skills.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Confident working autonomously and on own initiative.
