JOB TITLE: Associate – Real Estate
PQE: 1 - 3

THE ROLE: We are keen to speak with Real Estate lawyers who can hit the ground running with a mixed caseload of commercial Real Estate work. Experience in a general commercial property case load is required but in particular we are looking for someone with landlord and tenant experience (acting for both landlords and tenants); dealing with investment work - acquisition and disposal, lettings and management; acting on acquisition and disposal of freehold property (inc conditional contracts).
