The Role

Senior Residential Property Lawyer to join Wiltshire Legal 500 firm

Joining as a Senior colleague, your unique role within the wider Property team will be handling residential property matters often with a degree of complexity in areas such as new builds, unregistered property, land purchases and residential developments.

You will work closely with the firm's commercial property arm owing to your high expertise, interchanging somewhat between and being a bridge between the teams to offer a full service to clients.

Owing to your guru-like role in the team, you will visit numerous local offices to provide your expertise and maintain quality across the department.

The team is balanced in terms of being able to work alongside more senior colleagues whilst having continued paralegal support.
