Job Details
We are looking for a newly qualified Solicitor who has a genuine interest in Islamic finance who wants to join a fantastic firm in Bristol. This team sits within the award winning Real Estate department.
To be successful you will need to have prior experience in real estate or real estate finance.
On a day to day basis you will be acting for Islamic banks on real estate finance transactions. You will be working closely with Investors and Financial Institutions on Shariah compliant services. You will be heavily involved with the structuring of real estate developments, real estate due diligence, drafting facility/security documents and transaction management.
