This forward-thinking law firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor in their office near Woodford Green. This position comes with long term flexible working, and a lucrative bonus arrangement.

The Residential Property team deals with high quality work, which often includes high-value transactions, often dealing with prime central London properties. You will join a friendly, dynamic, and busy team; this office has further growth planned.

You will deal with a broad residential conveyancing caseload which will include;

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of Equity
• Lease extensions.

The founders are commercially minded Lawyers with proven experience in building industry leading firms. From this they can provide you with guidance, support and excellent progression without the need to "micromanage".

You will be:

• A Residential Property Solicitor NQ - 4 years PQE
• You will be able to manage your own caseload efficiently and independently
• Ambitious progress in a high performing team
• Forward thinking, entrepreneurial and dynamic, able to work as part of a team
