This opportunity is for Associates looking to develop their knowledge and experience in a leading Property Litigation practice in Manchester. You will have exposure to high value work from a top tier client base.

The Role

This Top 50 firm are looking for a Property Litigation Associate to join them in their Legal 500 and Chambers ranked department in the Manchester office.

The Property Litigation department have won numerous awards Nationally and operates in the Top Legal 500 tiers up and down the country. You will be working with industry leading, Hall of Famers and Legal 500 & Chambers & Partners ranked lawyers.

You will deal with a mixture of residential and commercial properties, but much more heavily weighted towards commercial. They service a broad client base ranging from SME, OMB and some national companies. You will find that the work spans a wide range of industry sectors.

Work will include, but not be limited to, Breach of lease, possession claims and evictions, breach of covenant claims, dilapidation, forfeiture, break notices, service charge disputes, boundary disputes and right of way disputes.

Acting for household name clients, this role will give you the opportunity to run with smaller matters on your own as well as work closely alongside Partners in the national team on larger scale.

You will find a real level of variety to the deals, making for an interesting role. You will receive an excellent level of exposure, and given their level of growth, good prospects are in abundance.

Requirements

  • You will be a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor
  • Background in a firm with an excellent reputation in the field of commercial litigation or property litigation law and a seat in training contract
  • Excellent academic and professional qualifications
  • You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients

Renumeration

  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and very lucrative bonus scheme
