The Role

This highly regarded practice is looking for a Family Junior Counsel to join their Manchester office.

This is anew role for the firm to join their Senior In-house Counsel so it is a very exciting time to be joining them. You will be supported by paralegals and support staff within the team.

You will be representing clients of the firm on a range of private funded matters from inception to conclusion. Your main role will be to undertake advocacy in respect of FDAs, FDRs, FHDRAs, DRAs, interlocutory applications and final hearings.

There will also be an element of the role to deliver internal training to the family team on legal matters as well as external seminars to prospective clients.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE
• Experience of carrying out your own advocacy
• You should have good technical knowledge
• Currently working in a very reputable firm and family department
• Experience of privately funded matters

Remuneration

• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience and Practice.
