The Role

NQ to 5 PQE Professional Negligence Solicitor to join international Top 25 firm in Bristol or working remotely.

Following a sustained period of growth and investment, the L500 and Chambers-ranked Professional Indemnity team is looking to welcome an ambitious solicitor of up to 5 years PQE.

You will be working in a team environment advising insurers and/or professionals on claims made against a wide range of professionals (including but not limited to solicitors, accountants, financial advisers, construction professionals, insurance brokers, surveyors and technology/media professionals).

You will embrace policy coverage advice, all forms of dispute resolution and assistance with disciplinary proceedings.

Working as part of a cohesive national unit, you will be aligned with Partners keen to mentor and given ownership of matters concerning crucial clients, with a high degree of trust and responsibility being provided from the onset.

The Requirements

• NQ to 5 years PQE within Professional Negligence/Indemnity
• Strong technical ability, being keen to expand expertise
• Confidence and a good commercial mindset when engaging with colleagues and clients
• Willingness to progress up the ladder.
