Insolvency Litigation Solicitor

A large City law firm with an International portfolio of clients are currently looking to recruit a Insolvency Litigation Solicitor to join the firms thriving Insolvency and Asset Recovery department.

This is a small but successful team that enjoys strategic alliances with handpicked law firms around the world to enable clients to take a cross-border approach to litigation.

The insolvency team also benefits from the firms larger and wider Litigation practice teams that cover the full areas of Commercial, Financial Crime, Competition, trusts and tax matters providing comprehensive insolvency and asset recovery services to their clients.

The firm are looking to appoint a candidate with experience of acting for or against insolvency officeholders, particularly on contentious litigation mandates. Candidates with some experience of insolvency litigation, providing it has been a significant feature in their work, will also be considered. Experience of acting on litigation cases concerning fraud, breaches of director's duties, and corruption are also relevant.
