Job Details
Your caseload will include mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, private equity work, corporate governance and corporate restructuring.
This firm works with a range of clients including blue chip companies and you will be exposed to high level and complex work. The practice also offers excellent training and development opportunities.
You will be happy to get involved in business development activities and have a strong commercial approach.
