Joining our client’s thriving, multi-accredited practice based in Mansfield, the successful lawyer will manage a mixed caseload of children matters with a focus towards childcare matters. All applicants must be accredited to the Children’s Law panel and be confident handling a busy caseload.

- Public and privately funded children matters
- Care proceedings
- Dealing with vulnerable clients
- Child protection
- Cases with local authority involvement
- Representing parents and children
- Solicitors and legal executives with 3-10 years’ PQE
- Experience in children law is essential for this role
- Membership of the Law Society’s Children Panel is a pre-requisite
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of publicly and privately funded work
- Possess an empathetic and compassionate approach
- Able to manage a mixed caseload with minimal supervision
