Joining our client’s bespoke firm in Norwich, the successful solicitors will ensure excellent client care on a daily basis, whilst handling a demanding caseload of real estate matters, advising on all aspects of transactions.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Financing and re-financing of property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property disputes
- Agricultural tenancies, sales and purchases
- Options pre-emptions
- Compulsory purchase orders
- Access agreements
- Grant, renewal, assignment, surrender of commercial leases
- Licenses to assign
- Licenses for alterations
- Secured lending
- Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Commercially aware with good client care skills
- Have an eye for detail
- IT proficient
- Have extensive knowledge of document and case management systems
