Job Details
Forward thinking law firm with offices in Hampshire and Wiltshire has an opening for an experienced Company/Commercial Lawyer on a part-time basis, ideally 3 days a week. You can work from home long term, or one of the firm’s offices in Hampshire or Wiltshire, once things are back to normal!
They are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced company/commercial lawyer with at least 4 years’ solid experience of non-contentious commercial work. The ability to work unsupervised is essential and you will be the firm’s sole company/commercial lawyer, though they are already established in commercial property and commercial litigation and are regularly offered company commercial work by their clients, hence the desire to take on a dedicated lawyer.
A large proportion of the current work comes from property investors and developers nationwide, and as a result a significant part of the company commercial work comes from them. Familiarity with this sector and of the work generated from them, including partnership and shareholder agreements to loan and other joint-venture documentation is a useful but not an essential attribute of the job.
