Reporting to the head of department, this is an excellent opportunity for the successful partner to further develop their expertise and reputation within a rapidly growing team. Acting for a varied client base including HNW individuals, the successful partner will manage a full caseload alongside playing a key role in the further growth and development of this area within the London office. This position is offered on a full or part time basis and homeworking opportunities will also be considered.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Inheritance disputes
- Validity and rectification of wills
- Contentious Court of Protection
- Applications for removal of executors
- Breach of trusts claims
- Claims for reasonable financial provision
- Visiting the practices other offices as required
- Developing business development strategies
- Qualified solicitor or partner with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE
- Technically proficient in all aspects of contentious probate
- A following of clients to bring to a new practice will be a pre-requisite
- Full membership of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists is highly advantageous
- Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
- Demonstrates an aptitude for business development
