Job Details
Our client, a well-regarded firm based in East London are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor able to assist them due to a current influx of work. The post is likely to last for a period of six months and can be completed within the clients office, remotely or a mixture of the two as the client is willing to be very flexible for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will be a minimum of 5 years PQE+ and able to:
- Handle all aspects of Commercial Property Litigation matters
- Experience dealing with Dilapidations
- Handle all aspects of Enfranchisement
- Assist on matters relating to Rent Reviews
- Experience dealing with Lease extensions
