The Role:

This well-known regional law firm is looking for a Senior Residential Property Lawyer to lead a small team of talented fee earners in their Manchester office.

You will handle a small caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions, with full support from an Assistant, whilst leading a highly successful team of Conveyancers. You will be responsible for their development and growth, and you will be supported to build the team further.

You will also look after the team's relationships with estate agents and other referrers and work on a strategic level to build new and existing partnerships to increase revenue generation, playing a pivotal role in the firm's ambitious growth plans.

Requirements:

• You will have over 5 years of experience within Residential Conveyancing
• You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Previous experience leading a team is highly advantageous
• Able to motivate and inspire individuals
• Able to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
