This is an excellent opportunity for a legal operations professional to work within a highly regarded, and important legal team.

The role: you will be undertaking legal business operational services, working with and reporting to a group of GC's within this head office function. You will play a pivotal role in managing internal relationships around ebilling, and ideally, you will have experience of legal eBilling administration, preferably using the Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker system.

You will also play a key role in project work, supporting the GC to deliver wider legal operations strategy for the Group. Essentially, you will have excellent PowerPoint, Excel pivot tables, Dashboards and other Microsoft office 365 experience.

There will also be an opportunity to get involved in legal work for the Group and corporate functions.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a legal team in an eBilling role, as well as have excellent legal support experience, for success with this opportunity. You will be a self-starter, who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Flexible working/flexibility will be offered with this role.

You will be rewarded with an excellent salary, (£45-50k) and very good benefits, including good holidays and pension.

This is a maternity leave cover to run for up to 12 months, and will require the successful candidate to be available on very short notice.
