Your role in the team will be to advise on issues concerning an estate or trusts, ranging from queries from clients to fully contested litigation involving multi-million-pound estates. You will have a strong litigation background with experience in contested trusts or probate; in support of the role, you will have undertaken the ACTAPS course or will be willing to do so with the firm's support.
