Dispute Resolution Solicitor

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Legal 500 firm in Sheffield with an excellent reputation. This award winning legal firm are well known within the legal field, having an enviable client base and opportunities for their staff to develop and progress. They are looking to recruit an Dispute Resolution Solicitor.

The Commercial Litigation team deals predominantly with High Court litigation involving high value and complex disputes. The team is recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and has had several reported cases in the past year. As is true of the firm generally, the team acts for many of the region's most prominent businesses across a range of sectors but with a particular focus on manufacturing and technology. Current instructions are varied but include shareholder and director disputes, matters of fraud, breach of contract and breach of warranty claims, professional negligence claims, defamation and reputation management, property disputes and contentious insolvency work. Without doubt, the successful candidate will be able to quickly immerse themselves in a varied and interesting caseload.

The role is for an ambitious, self-motivated solicitor between NQ level and 2 years' PQE who can demonstrate excellent legal capability, exhibits good attention to detail and prides themselves on strong communications skills.
