A Top 100 national practice is seeking to appoint a Property Solicitor or Legal Executive at 3-5 years PQE to join its successful department in Cardiff. The team has experienced continued growth in recent years, winning major tenders for high profile national projects. The team are seeking a key interest in property and social housing work, as the successful applicant will be advising housing association, public sector, commercial and private clients on a varied caseload, whilst supervising junior members of the team. You can also expect to advise upon a range of property matters from acquisitions and disposals, through to complex development projects.
