Your new company
Leading Legal Services organisation are looking to recruit an enthusiastic senior probate solicitor to join there experienced team.
Your new role
You will have responsibility for a varied caseload of estate administration cases utilising a case management system to cover the process from end to end. You will work collaboratively with members of the team to continually develop the function but also use your legal knowledge to support more junior members of the team
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified solicitor or have the equivalent legal experience, preferably in probate. You will also
posses a good understanding of self-assessment processes for income and capital gains tax. You will also have the ability to navigate information around will validity and interpretation
