JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Locum Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years
LOCATION: Remote / London
HOURLY RATE: £30 - £40 (INSIDE IR35)

THE ROLE: If you have a strong understanding of Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters, have previous local government experience and are looking for a new locum role we want to hear from you! The caseload will predominantly comprise Commercial landlord and tenant matters, alongside more general sale and purchase issues.

THE CANDIDATE: The organisation welcomes applications from qualified Solicitors a strong knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Property law, with a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant matters. Applications without landlord and tenant knowledge will not be considered.
