Commercial Property Paralegal

Well respected firm, offering a competitive salary and good long term prospects for progression, seeks a driven Paralegal to become part of their successful Commercial Property Team.

This role would be ideally suited to an ambitious Paralegal with commercial property experience who is seeking a supportive firm in which to develop their career.

The successful applicant will join a busy department and assist Solicitors on a range of commercial property matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, development and landlord and tenant matters.

The position with is an established firm which has enjoyed a sustained period of organic growth. They are adept at recognising talent and developing their staff.

A salary of £22,000 to £28,000 is on offer, dependent on experience. Candidates with significant fee earning experience who have higher salary expectations will be considered on their merits.  

We are looking for a hard-working pragmatic individual with a committed to providing a first class service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years’ experience supporting a busy commercial property department.
