Following exceptional growth in the firms client base and subsequent caseload, the firm are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Residential Conveyancer to contribute further to their organic expansion.

The firms residential property department is highly regarded in the South East and maintains the highest of standards in service and client care as recognised by their ongoing CQS Accreditation. The team is well established and is equipped to advise on a broad spectrum of residential property matters to include sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, shared ownership and transfer of equity.

In order to be considered for this attractive opportunity, you must have experience commensurate to that of 3 years PQE +. This department plays and integral part of the future plans for the firm, as such the ideal candidate will have experience of developing and maintaining relationships with clients and external sources such as estate agents and mortgage brokers.
