A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-known regional firm in Chesterfield for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to build a successful team. If you are looking to join a friendly, down to earth firm who have been established for over 40 years then this role could be for you.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a good working background of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with strong business development experience to help drive growth of the new team and wider firm. You will need to be capable of handling a varied caseload, with strong negotiation skills and proven management experience. There is currently an existing caseload for you to pick up whilst continually developing new business and building a successful team around you.

At present the firm are entirely working from home in light of the current environment. When normality resumes they are looking to continue flexibility to work from home and ideally need someone who is happy to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
