Senior Private Client Solicitor
An opportunity has arisen for a senior Private Client Solicitor join a thriving and highly respected full service practice in Staffordshire.
You will take on a busy and varied private client caseload, advising medium and high net worth clients on a range of issues. You will be comfortable advising on wills, probate, estate planning, inheritance tax issues and trusts.
The firm has a good reputation and a well-established private client practice. The private client department receives a steady stream of instruction and benefits form a culture which encourages cross referrals from other departments.
This is a senior hire for the firm and as such the salary on offer will be competitive. In addition to their competitive remuneration the firm offers good prospects for professional development and high quality work and a supportive and friendly working environment.
This role would be ideally suited to a Solicitor with a minimum of eight years post qualification experience and excellent technical and client facing skills. Whilst not essential, STEP qualification or part qualification is highly desirable.
