OVERVIEW:
• This regional and long-standing firm based in Leicestershire are seeking a Locum Conveyancer to cover a busy period amongst the confirmation of the SDLT extension, the role will continue until the end of June.
• This role will be office based HOWEVER the locum will have use of their own office with facilities and are fully COVID compliant in line with government guidelines.
• The candidate must have previous experience of handling a busy caseload property matters such as remortgages, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, right to buy and new plot purchases.
• The role is full time, 9am-5pm and will be based in the office. You will have access to your own separate office.
• Leicester based firm.
• Long-standing and regional high street firm.
• Generous hourly rate and weekly pay- £35+ per hour.
