Commercial Property Solicitor
 
A great opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic commercial property solicitor to join a prominent Bournemouth & Poole law firm. The role will be to play a significant part in the development of the Commercial Property practice area providing clients quality advice and client care.
 
The Firm
A well established private practice providing legal services to both individuals and business clients. The firm employs some leading lawyers across a wide number of legal disciplines and are recognised by legal commentators for providing quality legal advice.
 
The Role
The Commercial Property Solicitor will work on a case load involving buying/selling freehold and leasehold commercial property, commercial leases for landlords and tenants, landlord and tenant issues, development land, corporate support, acting for lenders, acting for pension schemes, option agreements and business sale agreements.
 
The Candidate
The successful commercial property solicitor will have previous property experience and will be commercially minded with a strong academic background, you will be a hard working problem solver adept in commercial property law.
 
Salary dependent upon experience.
