- Estate administration
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Inheritance tax planning
- Issues of mental capacity
- Dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients
- Qualified solicitors with 5 years’ PQE
- Technically proficient in all aspects of private client
- Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
- Work well as part of a team and also on own initiative
- Ensures a client-focused approach
