Fantastic opportunity for an assured solicitor to join a leading corporate practice in the Cayman Islands, in the heart of the Carribean, and get involved in some of the most sought-after and complex international deals. Our client, a distinguished international practice, covers the full gamut of corporate and funds advice, with a particular focus on M&A (particularly cross border) alongside restructurings and reorganisations.

The ideal candidate will be able to show a broad range of corporate  and funds experience and will also have the commercial acumen to aid with business development and build existing client relationships.
