5+ PQE Senior Family Lawyer to join Legal 500 ranked team in Yeovil

Working as part of a cohesive unit, your role in the team will be to work independently on matters fitting your nous and expertise, whilst supporting more junior colleagues in projects as you offer mentoring and expertise

You will utilise your skills and experiences with the ownership of a buoyant caseload, whilst engaging with clients with a high degree of empathy.

Clients trust the team on Financial, Children and all Family matters both public and private

Creative and open-minded in your approach to resolving disputes, you will explore constructive and non-confrontational avenues, such as mediation, whilst also appreciating the need to take immediate and concise action.

You will work on complex matters with the broader team's support, evolving into specialisms that fall in line with your talents and in an environment that emphasises empowering colleagues.

You will regularly engage with leadership internally whilst maintaining trusted relations with current and future clients.

The Requirements

• 5+ years Fee Earning experience within Family law
• Empathy and compassion when engaging with clients
• Engaging in Business Development and networking activities
