The Role

2-5 PQE Real Estate Associate to join Chambers & L500 ranked firm in Exeter

The team works closely with those in the private wealth, energy, charities, education, healthcare, agriculture and retail sectors, to name a few. You'll therefore be exposed to a vast array of matters, supporting an enviable client list on all their Real Estate needs.

Working with Partners, you will have a high degree of exposure in numerous key sectors, acting for national clients in matters concerning leasehold transactions, freehold purchases and sales, Landlord and Tenant relationships, business acquisitions and disposals and other property related issues.

The firm is keen to develop you into an expert by mentoring from Partners and participating in the structured progression pathway. Your advancing expertise will be met with continued promotion and reward.

The team work flexibly and in an agile manner, often from home and in a means fitting to their personal lives, as the firm places great emphasis on life balance.

The Requirements

• 2+ Years PQE within Real Estate
• Keen to build longstanding client relationship
• Commercial-awareness when met with problems and when engaging with current and future clients
• Willingness to continually progress as a Solicitor.
