The Role

2+ PQE Residential and Agricultural Property Lawyer to join Legal 500 ranked team in Exeter Top 100 firm.

Working directly with a renowned Partner, you will bring your existing conveyancing skills into a team who's output and reputation leads the Exeter market, being the go-to for affluent and landed individuals for all their property needs.

Building on your Residential Property skills with those required for Agricultural matters, you will show a genuine interest in this niche, but a much sought-after and rewarded area of Property law.

You will have a close and hands-on relationship with clients, getting to know and anticipate their needs at all stages of the process.

With the support of the team at both Paralegal and Partner level, you will have a vital role in the group, being rewarded as such with continued career progression and influence in the firm.

Requirements

• 2+ years fee-earning experience within Residential Property
• Agricultural experience desired, or the will to develop in this area
• Friendly demeanour, hunger to learn and communicate effectively.
